Mike could not have been more accommodating and helpful. He explained the tile cleaning and resealing process and was 100% honest about the procedure in every aspect. He didn’t try to upsell me or anything, he charged me exactly what he quoted me as an estimate over the phone. The best part was he was able to get to me very quickly and fit me in. The sealing takes a while to dry and he stayed and worked very hard and it all came out just beautiful. I would highly recommend him for carpet as well, he did a couple of rooms and my sectional couch.. It all came out beautiful. And I have a dog and 1 child.

I had called Mike to inquire about using his services to clean some grout in my bathroom shower. I had told him that I am having a reglaze company come and want to have the shower grout all good before they come.
After mentioning that the reglaze company is going to use an acid wash as part of their cleaning before reglazing, Mike kindly told me that his services were not necessary as the reglaze company’s process will take care of the discolored grout.
